Refund policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@auremiaindia.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

Please note that products must be unused and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed after product inspection and will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
